Little do people realize that the right to bear arms has been completely taken from them. On May 6, 2003, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals provided: The Second Amendment was not adopted "to afford rights to individuals with respect to private gun ownership or possession."

The court refused to reconsider. The Supreme Court refused to hear the case on appeal. What is hidden and secret is that since the Supreme Court has refused to hear the case, they have arbitrarily upheld the 9th Circuit Court's ruling and now have provided that the ruling is "national law."

Now put this together with the Patriot Act I, already law, and the Patriot Act II signed December 13, 2003, along with other communist laws and concentration camps for citizens....you decide what is going on. It will only take a "State of Emergency" at either the Federal or State level for all this to come together.

A slip of biologicial agent transmitted by money, caused by (our government) terrorist is all that is required now. Don't get taken off guard. Send this information to you friends and loved ones. When the call (and there will be a call) for State of Emergency hits this nation, many, many people will be taken off guard.
