It's all about Propaganda.
Read this about Many Soliders (Iraq), Same letter. The government form letters from
deployed soliders to home town newspapers.
If you don't think the government owns the media you'd be sadly mistaken. On a national
level it is obvious only if you watch the propaganda techniques they use on you. This occurs not only
in T.V. shows and movies, but also the News. It is not limited to the national level by any
means. As a matter of fact, I experienced the government's propaganda in the media first hand
in dealing with the trash issue in Long County.
The Truth about WTOC
Back in April and May of 2003, I, like many other people, called WTOC about this Long County trash monopoly.
I also mailed them. Got a response back as Larry Silverman had forwarded my email to Dale Canady.
They were interested in the story. I emailed back and told them I'd love to 'show them around' Long County (regarding the trash issue).
After that, they never responded back. I then called Dale, but he wasn't in,
so I talked to George who told me he was getting lots of phone calls about it, from you, THE PEOPLE.
Then, what did he ask me,...
"So, where are you going to throw your trash?". Being not a happy camper and receiving other such comments from
people who knew exactly what was going on (like: if you don't like it, move), I told him I'd bury my trash if I had to and the point
was just that...where will I throw my trash...since Sullivan has set up this nice little illegal snug monopoly (at the approval of many
corrupt politicians). It would seem they got a phone call from someone more special than you and me.
Such responses (see the Coastal Couriers' headline and propaganda below), only indicate to you, the
people, that the media thinks YOU'RE REALLY, REALLY stupid.
So I emailed Bill Cathcart (you know, the editorial guy always talking about patriot freedoms). No response.
So, today, December 14, 2003, I emailed them all. I believe Mr. Bill Cathcart has well proved his editorials are only provided to make
us feel nice and goose bumpy all over (sort of like the Georgia Constitution and State laws). Do take special note
of how ironic these people are. The propaganda they use on the people, is most certainly being practiced
on them; and they are too blind to see it. What's that song...."isn't it ironic"
So when you watch WTOC, say to yourselves..."what is it they aren't telling me about?"
The Truth About the Coastal Courier
Most of you know that I sent a letter to the editor of the Coastal Courier. It was published on June 8, 2003. Do you remember me asking who they worked for? Here are the facts.
My response to the County Commissioners request for dismissal was filed in the
Superior Court of Long County (sroll down to the last page - "Enclosures as evidence")
on June 6, 2003. I submitted to the court the May 21, 2003 Coastal Courier printing of
Joey Brown's propaganda statement that citizens shouldn't consider trash
removal a basic government service paid for by their taxes
(funny, I also read that to Kathyrn Allen of the Attorney General when it came out)
as evidence. It was then that the Coastal courier printed my Letter to the Editor
(June 8, 2003 edition).
The May 21, 2003 propaganda article came out as a large front, top page headline story, didn't it?
Most likely it's because it was the day they had to publish my paid classified ad
calling for class action regarding the new solid waste mandate. If people believed
that trash wasn't a tax, then I was just some idiot trying to make a buck off the
government or cause trouble. (I have yet to make any money off this, by the way.
I believe I'm well over $700.00 in the hole). The sound off that said it would cost
the taxpayers more to take this to court could have been more propaganda or someone
that didn't know the entire story. The county already pays for the County Attorney
Fees and the judge has a salary. I paid 1/2 the court reporter fees ($43.00) and all
the filing fees.
The day before my ad came out for people to call (New York Assemblyman Maurice Hinchey)
for the 187 free report "organized crime in the waste hauling industry" my web site
got lots of hits from government offices to include the Department of
Community Affairs in Atlanta. Now, how did they know to visit the site
before the ad was published? Don't they know I'm a computer technician?
On July 7th 2003, I went to the Coastal Courier to pay for this ad. I was told that the
editor had to review the ad before they could publish it. When I asked what the difference
was between my ads and other peoples ads in that the editor had to review and approve my ad, the lady told me that they didn't want to "offend" anyone.
Actually the word "offend" should have been "expose." I pointed out to the lady
that it had no bad words or anything that should offend anyone? I changed the ad
to the one that did come out only because I wanted people to review the Long County
Network site immediately. Of course she told me he would have to review that small ad
too. Otherwise, since the editor (to whom she did call and read the ad to while I was there)
was on vacation. I did let her know to relay to Mr. Miller of the Coastal Courier that I
did not appreciate Coastal discriminating against me because I speak out against the
government.
There are only two organizations that I can think of to which I would have offended with
this ad. Sullivan Environmental, Inc. and government officials. Now, you decide
who Coastal really works for.
I have to chuckle because it was, in fact, the Coastal Courier's reaction that tipped me
off that something really bad and very big was going on. It was also a four letter dirty word the Long County Commissioners loved to use to get people to comply with this monopoly that made me dig deeper and deeper and that word was "lien."
It should scare the hell out of everyone that the news media publishes news according to
the will of specific others rather than for the truth. What is it that they aren't telling
you? What other propaganda have they printed and YOU BELIEVED! Coastal can't deny it
because, of course, I have all the adds, receipts and web stat reports. I knew this was
going on to the point that I simply called Mr. Miller of the Coastal Courier and told him
I was aware of it and to go ahead and make those phone calls because I updated my web site.
The Legal Organ
It would appear they got a special governmental phone call too, just as WTOC and Coastal above.
Did You know that it's your Constitutional right to be informed.
As I pointed out in court and for the record this county has complained for three years how the legal organ never posts anything. Makes me wonder if we pay the legal organ to publish things or not to publish them.
Fact #1
County Minutes November 5, 2001
Discuss #12
"LONG COUNTY LEGAL ORGAN: Mr. Wilson (County Chairman) talked to the board about the paper, never puts legal ads in on time, I have complaints from attorneys, Probate Judge, Clerk of the Superior Court, Sheriff's Dept. Board of Education, Commissioners Office and other public officials. Probate Judge, Clerk of the Superior Court and the SHerrif have the authority to change the legal organ. The board agreed to let Mr. Pirkle (County Attorney) assist in the changing of the legal organ.
Fact #2
County Minutes November 5, 2002
Discussion #10
"LEGAL ORGAN:" Mr. Pirkle stated we will be sued if we change the legal organ at this time. Probate Judge, Clerk of the Superior and the Sheriff can change the legal organ when the time is right. Mr. Pirkle stated we have one more year and we can no longer have the Ludowici News as our legal organ if this is the desire of these officials.
Fact #3
County Minutes March 4, 2003
Discussion #3
LUDOWICI NEWS (Legal organ): Mr. Wilson discussed about the legal organ should be changed because of the bad service the residents of Long County receive, the attorneys and the county has problems with the legal ads coming out in the paper on time. Mr. Pirkle recommended not taking any action at this time we have one more year to go and it will be legal to do what we want to do about changing the owner of the legal organ at that time.
I see a pattern, don't you?
As was recorded in court and entered into evidence, the legal organ did not comply to my request and payment for the archives from Jan 2001 - April 2003. And why not? Because in accordance with your constitutional rights:
Georgia Constitution:
Article IX
Section II
Paragraph I
(b) Except as provided in subparagraph (c), a county may, as an incident of
its home rule power, amend or repeal the local acts applicable
to its governing authority by following either of the procedures
hereinafter set forth: (1) Such local acts may be amended or repealed
by a resolution or ordinance duly adopted at two regular consecutive meetings of the
county governing authority not less than seven nor more than 60 days apart. A notice
containing a synopsis of the proposed amendment or repeal shall be published in the official
county organ once a week for three weeks within a period of 60 days immediately preceding
its final adoption. Such notice shall state that a copy of the proposed amendment
or repeal is on file in the office of the clerk of the superior court
of the county for the purpose of examination and inspection by the public.
The clerk of the superior court shall furnish anyone, upon written request,
a copy of the proposed amendment or repeal. No amendment or repeal hereunder
shall be valid to change or repeal an amendment adopted pursuant to a referendum as
provided in (2) of this subparagraph or to change or repeal a local act of
the General Assembly ratified in a referendum by the electors of such
county unless at least 12 months have elapsed after such referendum.
No amendment hereunder shall be valid if inconsistent with any
provision of this Constitution or if provision has been made therefor by general law.
State law (regarding contact with the legal organ):
Title 50-14-1
(d) Every agency shall prescribe the time,
place, and dates of regular meetings of the agency. Such information shall
be available to the general public and a notice containing such information
shall be posted and maintained in a conspicuous place available to the public at
the regular meeting place of the agency. Meetings shall be held in accordance with
a regular schedule, but nothing in this subsection shall preclude an agency from canceling
or postponing any regularly scheduled meeting. Whenever any meeting required to
be open to the public is to be held at a time or place other than at the time and place prescribed for
regular meetings, the agency shall give due notice thereof. 'Due notice' shall be the posting
of a written notice for at least 24 hours at the place of regular meetings and giving of written
or oral notice at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting to the legal organ in
which notices of sheriff´s sales are published in the county where regular
meetings are held or at the option of the agency to a newspaper having a
general circulation in said county at least equal to that of the legal organ;
provided, however, that in counties where the legal organ is published less
often than four times weekly 'due notice' shall be the posting of a written notice for at
least 24 hours at the place of regular meetings and, upon written request from any local
broadcast or print media outlet whose place of business and physical facilities are
located in the county, notice by telephone or facsimile to that requesting media
outlet at least 24 hours in advance of the called meeting. When special circumstances
occur and are so declared by an agency, that agency may hold a meeting with less than 24
hours´ notice upon giving such notice of the meeting and subjects expected to be
considered at the meeting as is reasonable under the circumstances including notice
to said county legal organ or a newspaper having a general circulation in the county
at least equal to that of the legal organ, in which event the reason for holding the
meeting within 24 hours and the nature of the notice shall be recorded in the minutes.
Whenever notice is given to a legal organ or other newspaper, that publication shall
immediately make the information available upon inquiry to any member of the public.
Any oral notice required or permitted by this subsection may be given by telephone.
Now, how are you going to get such notice from the legal organ if they don't
publish a phone number or fax number? Email?
Many people in Long County do
not have internet. The majority have a phone though. Well, if you ask the Georgia Attorney General's Office, Kathryn Allen
would be happy to tell you that this law is "subject to interpretation" after all they "represent the State." (Yhea, a State full
of Corrupt and wicked officials).
The fact that county meetings are held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday mornings when most people are at
work, that the legal organ doesn't post the required information in accordance with your Constitutional
rights and the fact that one has to call in advance to speak their concerns at a county PUBLIC meeting tells me
that the Long County Government is intentionally controlling the information to the people.
This information is sent out with the Long County monthly mailed newsletter. Contrary to popular
belief, the people aren't as stupid as the media thinks they are....let them decide for themselves. Most people
are just waiting for God's judgment regarding the government (from the numerous people I talk to). There will be final justice and the ironic
part is, the people who cover up for them are too stupid to see this. They think it's just a buddy-buddy thing to cover up
for their "brother", yet they
are partakers in all that the wicked do, and will be partakers of the very same judgment.
How harmless do you think a forced monopoly off a County of 10,548 with a 19.5% BELOW poverty level is? That's a burden on
2056 citizens. Isn't it good and righteous that people with millions of dollars are taking from people who are barely making it? Everything we do in
life has a ripple affect, be it small or big. And every man will be judged according to what he has done, whether
it be good or evil (and that includes actions or lies by omission).
And that's the TRUTH about the media.
