I will tell you beyond a doubt that unsuspecting GEORGIA taxpayers (and South Carolina) are being exploited not only by the solid waste industry, but to the shame of this entire nation...officials in the Georgia State Government.

It is good that the Long County, Georgia government simply opened the doors, revealing what is actually going on with this mandatory county curbside service. As stated on my old web site, I knew I had no chance in the Long County Superior Court, as many of you so graciously pointed out to me .

Knowing this full well, I applied the old theme..."give a man a little rope and he will hang himself." And it worked because I had the RIGHTEOUS ONE guiding my path and His name is Jesus Christ.

So I say to any and all who are stealing from God's people: You may think you are just stealing from the PUBLIC in a general sense, but you are accountable for every single penny you have even stolen from God's chosen and elect, and all results thereof. And while there may be more of you in your generation, I can promise you, the charges are accruing against you in His sight. I could care less if you are of the solid waste industry or a government official. So enjoy your riches while you can in this short life! As to you, there will be a day when your cry of "insufficient, insuffient" will be turned to a cry of "enough, enough" and when that happens, there will be no one to hear you. And for all of those covering up for them, you are just as guilty before His sight.

The procedures during the Long County Superior Court not only exposed the corruption in our local government regarding exploiting the people (along with the VERY SOLID evidence), it also exposed the Georgia Public Affairs Office, the Georgia Attorney General and the Superior Court judge (now, weren't they at a picnic together with the county commissioners at Dasher's farm a few months back?).

For you federal investigators that have been coming on my site, you may want to review the evidence for yourself. It is officially filed in the Georgia Supreme Court under case number S04A0223. Keep checking, because there is more to come.

Now that the case is pending before a legitimate court...and that's exactly where I knew it needed to be (being that I'm not a lawyer and all that  ) we, the people, have a 50/50 chance of having this Court stop certain government officials from exploiting us. I have done extensive research on the history of the Georgia Supreme Court rulings, and I can say the odds are pretty much on the peoples' side.

However, no matter what happens after this, even if I have to take it to the Federal Courts, this entire case stands as witness and testimony against all involved, for it is well proven that there is a God, and His son is Jesus Christ. It is well proven that the Word of God is absolute truth...and not one of them will have ANY excuse before His throne...for His servant has warned them thoroughly. No lambskin little piece of apron is going to cover their nakedness before His white throne. He is true and righteous and just, and He will not acquit the wicked at all.

The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the LORD hath His way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of His feet (Nahum 1:3)

I will never understand why people with millions of dollars never have enough or are never content?

For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? (Matthew 16:26)
