The Wizard of Oz is what we must really pay attention to, because it is exactly what the beast of Revelations and his image are to be.

So what is this?

It is the Hindu sign of the Madra (sound - a chant) of Aum or Om.
The chant AUM (OM) represents the "third eye" which is the point between eyelashes directly above the bridge of the nose.

Not only women, but Hindu men also wear a dot on the forehead, indicating their third eye.
Om sign signifies God, Creation, & the One-ness of all creation. The Om symbol is a sacred syllable representing Brahman, the impersonal Absolute — omnipotent, omnipresent, and the source of all manifest existence. According to the Buddha Glossary, Aum is white and relates to the Gods.
